They provided us with a map of the city and gave us great recommendations for places to eat nearby. the location was also very convenient, as it was just a short walk from the main attractions in the city center. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
That the room was quite small and didn't have any windows. This made it feel a bit cramped and stuffy at times.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to the airport. the rooms are amazing, well-equipped, and comfortable. the manager is helpful and intervenes when needed. the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, although there were some issues with the chicken being undercooked.
The computer system used by the manager and staff needs improvement.

The location of this hotel is very convenient for a city break, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and providing information about the area. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature despite the heat outside.
The negative aspects of this hotel far outweigh the positives. The bathroom was dirty and unpleasant to use, with mold and grime in the shower and sink.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was amazing - very new, comfortable, and well equipped. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff, especially the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They even helped us find a taxi to the airport when it was late.
Nothing, all excellent.
